Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. These terms may be subject to change. I reserve the right to decline any commission inquiries that I do not wish to take. I retain all rights to the use of my artwork after completion. Reposts of my artwork must be properly, and clearly, accredited to me; and are only permitted if you commissioned the artwork.Commercial use of my artwork is not permitted unless an agreed-upon royalty fee is paid. Commercial use does not, and will not ever include the use of my artwork to train AI models, nor the resale of my artwork through non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or any cryptocurrencies.If you are interested in a commission from me, you must fill out the form provided for the desired commission type. My average completion time is 2-15 hours, although, depending on my workload, there may be a waiting period of 1-2 months. Please be patient. If you are concerned about the wait, feel free to dm me for updates at any time. I will try to reply ASAP.My owed work is completed first-come-first-serve. Exceptions will be made when the client has a clearly stated deadline, in which case I will finish their piece(s) first. Deadlines must be expressed before commissioning me. Using deadlines to be moved up in the queue retroactively is not permitted. Deadlines of 1 week or less will be charged an additional rush fee of 5%. I will not accept deadlines of less than 2 days, and may not go shorter than 1 week depending on my workload.My prices vary depending on the commission. There may be an upcharge of 20% for complex characters. I will not draw characters based on descriptions, nor will I draw real people. Additionally, I will ask that character references be unshaded, PNG formatted digital art, for the most accurate representation of the character possible. If your reference does not fit under these categories, design mistakes in my artwork may fall on you, and the fixes of such mistakes may count towards your allowed edits.I only accept payment through PayPal (goods and services). I will ask for at least 50% of the payment before starting the commission. I will not start your commission until payment is given. Exceptions will only be made for trusted clients and/or good friends. Refunds can be provided if requested, however, I will not provide them after the linework is started. I will not, under any circumstances, provide a refund for a completed piece. If a client attempts to get a refund for a completed piece by filing a chargeback through PayPal, they will be permanently blacklisted from purchasing my artwork.During the sketch phase, clients will be given three minor edits (ex: facial expression, hair, hand position, etc) and one major edit (ex: pose, background, species, etc), before I will charge an additional 5% edit fee. Fixes of mistakes on my part are free of charge regardless of how many edits have been applied. Work-in-progress images will be given for each major stage (sketch, lining, colouring, and final touches), or if I feel the need to clarify some aspect of the drawing. Updates will be provided via direct messages.I will not draw hate, propaganda, animal cruelty, bestiality, abuse, paedophilia, incest, or fetish artwork of any kind. If I discover that a client has commissioned me to unknowingly draw any of the above, I will immediately refund the client. This is non-negotiable. If a client proves to be a recurring problem in this regard, they will be blacklisted from purchasing my artwork.
